Summer is a great time to enjoy the outdoors and spend as much time soaking up the sunshine. This is what we all want and need. However, when muscular pain and inflammation dominate our day, it is hard to step into the joy of summer. We may start making excuses to avoid going out or even taking some beach walks with friends and family. Before long, the long summer days pass us by and the muscles become even tighter due to the lack of movement.
