Make this Easter your happiest & healthiest By Susan Gianevsky – M&P Company Ambassador

It’s Easter and another opportunity to connect with family and friends.  A time that lifts our spirits and continues the conversation on how we are enjoying the year so far with lots of food and even more chocolates..I find Easter a peaceful time where I surround myself with family that I enjoy being around and friends that share the joy of the movement into Autumn. School holidays are also upon us and staying fit at the cellular level will not only support your energy levels but also your cravings.

I have never been one to say stay away from chocolate but I have been saying over the years include NAT PHOS - Acid Neutraliser into the regime you are following during the Easter period especially. I also encourage that you consider taking a great remedy for cravings called Cravings Relief – only 4 sprays a few times per day and you are set to naturally conquer the cravings that can easily derail you in no time.

Nat Phos is so helpful in balancing acid/alkalinity in the body and reduces the bloating and discomfort overeating or too much sugar can have on our body…Taking Nat Phos at least 4 times per day for the month ahead is a great way to have your back during this time where it is impossible to say no…it is much the same as Christmas where we eat more than our body can cope with but we think we can cope until we feel so uncomfortable in our own body.

Nat Phos has a way of creating the balance the cells need to keep doing what they need to do daily.

Let’s be real, most of us do overindulge and we forget the week after Easter we pay the price of feeling sluggish, carrying the extra weight and feeling bloated. We can still enjoy this special time of the year by eating in moderation and even enjoying a few sweet treats that will make Easter just as memorable.

We love giving chocolate eggs as gifts and we also love receiving them. Being prepared for Easter is key in staying healthy during and after this special time of the year. It is never to late to get your health back on track and increasing the amount of protein in your diet is key.

  • I recommend a protein source with every meal as protein:
  • Reduces appetite and hunger levels
  • Increases muscle mass and strength
  • Is good for your bones
  • Boosts metabolism and increases fat burning
  • Lowers blood pressure
  • Reduces cravings and desire for snacking
  • Helps maintain weight loss

Along with Nat Phos plus Cravings Relief which is a homeopathic remedy with the inclusion of Mag Phos and Kali Phos an easy way to boost protein levels in the body is by adding a great tasting protein powder. A pea protein is dairy free and is known to be higher in protein per serve without the bloating than some proteins that are whey based.

Every afternoon I have a protein smoothie by simply adding a banana, a cup of almond milk, a tablespoon of yoghurt and 2 tablespoons of Vital Plant Protein and I feel set for my afternoon.  I find afternoons are when my energy drops and adding my favourite protein powder means I am always in charge of my day and cravings don’t dominate like they used too.

It is totally up to you how you will spend this Easter…will it be an Easter like all others where you overeat and feel angry after a few days wishing that you hadn’t had all the easter eggs you were given and going for the second servings of food or will it be an Easter where you can enjoy the company, food and eat chocolate in moderation where you are uplifted and go back to work feeling energized having had the lovely time with family & family relaxing those extra few days?

Be honest, what type of Easter will you give yourself? Effective natural products such as Nat Phos and Cravings Relief can be the solution you are looking for. Set an example for your whole family and let them be inspired by your ability to stick to eating well and enjoying this special time of the year.
