Baked Apples
Are you looking for a delicious warming treat for these cooler Autumn days? Why not try our Baked Apples recipe that's full of wholesome goodness:

Ingredients:

✔️4 Apples – Granny Smith or Golden Delicious
✔️1/ 3 cup sultanas
✔️1/3 cup goji berries or raisins
✔️2 tbsp slivered almonds toasted
✔️1 tsp lemon juice
✔️2 tbsp coconut sugar
✔️2 tbsp vanilla essence

How to Cook:
Step One: Core all the apples and place on a baking dish

Step Two: Add the sultanas, raising, lemon juice coconut sugar, and vanilla essence to a mixing bowl and mix altogether

Step Three: Add the mixture into each cored apple

Step Four: Cook for 30 minutes on high temperature in oven

Step 5: serve with plain yoghurt and slivered almonds – it makes for a great snack or healthy dessert! 😋
