Wild About a Strong Immunity

Wild About a Strong Immunity

I have become so passionate about sharing my wealth of knowledge with everyone I meet and reminding them that a strong immunity is only one part of the health jigsaw puzzle.  A very important piece but it is governed by lots more than simply taking Vitamin C.  Our emotional wellbeing also plays an important part on maintaining a strong immunity too.  Our immunity is governed by the health of our kidneys, our liver, our blood, our connective tissue, our spleen, our pancreas, our cells…in saying this we know that when our immune system is switched on we feel switched on.

Since 2020 everyone has become more aware of the importance of building a strong immunity. Everyone seems to be concerned about their immunity and we have even learnt that immune system is our inner body’s front line of defence against foreign substances and infectious agents. Building healthy white blood cells, antibodies, the spleen, thymus, bone marrow, complement system, and lymphatic system are all  employed by our very own  immune response against germs and infections. We realize that our immune system is our inner shield that keeps us healthy and protected.

Our immunity becomes our driving force and when I speak about my immunity to my clients I suggest that my immunity is governed by a Ferrari engine as I am so passionate about eating the rainbow of fruits and vegetables and at the same time balancing my emotional self. I ensure that my daily stresses are not derailing my sleep patterns or energy levels.  Understanding that our emotional and physical self is connected and determines the strength of our immunity is also key to understanding when considering the best way to build a stronger immunity.

Making our health a priority is the best gift we can give ourselves.  Every minute of every day is available to us to take care of our health.  Our immune system is our responsibility.  It’s therefore important that we know how to boost the immune system at any age. As you can probably guess, healthy lifestyle choices play a significant role. Everything from your vices to your diet to your fitness habits will affect the productivity of your immune system which in turn governs that way you get through each day.

I have always believed in building a strong immunity with Tissue Salts and Comb T is called First Stage of Illness and I recommend that this is always in your First Aid Cabinet to be available if you get a sore throat, fever, sniffle and cough…along with Ener C  It is important to note that Ener C includes 1000mg of Vit C along with vitamins, minerals and even electrolytes – how good is this.

I have always believed prevention is better than cure and Comb 12 which includes all the 12 Tissue Salts along with Ener C is a great way to build a stronger immunity.  Knowing that if you have been bitten by any bug that is floating around you must stop the Ki Immune product and move to Ki Cold & Flu for a week.  Remembering that Tissue Salts are taken 4 x per day as they are supporting your cells throughout your day.  Tissue Salts are chewed in your mouth and activated  which allows them to bypass your digestive tract making them available immediately for your cells. They are the food your cells need on a daily basis.

My tips for a healthy self with a strong immunity with healthy skin and slowing down the ageing cycle:

  • Eat the rainbow each day
  • Avoid processed foods and refined sugars
  • Stay hydrated with clean water or herbal teas
  • Eat lots of citrus rich foods and take a minimum of 1000g of Vitamin C
  • Also enjoy foods rich in Vitamin A, B, D, and E – (Spinach, eggs, carrots, pumpkin, fish, kale, seeds, sunflower, flaxseed & soybean oils)
  • Consume probiotics and prebiotics –
  • Eat fermented veggies too
  • Find some Elderberry to add to our daily regime
  • Add Sweet Potatoes to your weekly health regime

Drink at least 100mls of Kefir each day

  • Eat Broccoli, ginger & garlic often
  • Reduce caffeine, alcohol and STOP smoking
  • Green tea, turmeric & papaya are also natures gifts that have healthy boosting properties which boost anything we are eating
  • Take a brisk walk or exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes each day
  • Add 15 minutes of mindfulness in your day or sit still and reflect on your day with 3 things you are grateful for

Our lives have been changed forever since Covid19 and we need to make our health our priority as no one else can infuse our immunity with the nutrients it needs but our dedication to staying well everyday of our lives.  I have made my health my priority for more than 30 years and it has never let me down.  Your immunity is in your hands – create the health that you deserve.
