My Cells, My Body, My Health by Susan Gianevsky

Human Cells

I have always loved and looked after my cells since being introduced to Tissue Salts more than 30 years ago. We often take our cells for granted, and today I invite you to start thinking about the cells that support your digestion, your skin, your bones, your movement, your nervous system, and your lymphatics. Realise that we are a bag of cells that need to be kept healthy daily as our wellbeing depends on them. I know so much is spent on buying health supplements that simply build around your cells, and it is the Tissue Salts that are the intracellular food the cells need to continue their work. I have seen so many people spend on skincare formulas that are applied topically, and my recommendation is that whenever you need to support your health externally, it is even more important to build the health of your cells to support your health from where it all begins…building the cells that make you up.

It is important to note that the body has levels of organisation that build on each other. Cells make up tissues, tissues make up organs, and organs make up organ systems. The function of an organ system depends on the integrated activity of its organs. For instance, digestive system organs cooperate to process food. Our skin cells need silica and potassium sulphate, while our nervous system needs magnesium phosphate and potassium phosphate to keep the internal flow staying strong.

I have clients who are trying to lose a few kilos, and I remind them that it is important to have sodium sulphate and sodium phosphate in place to support healthy bile and acid/alkaline balance, which also supports a healthy bowel. One cannot burn fat if one is constipated. The cells determine if you will be successful in reducing your cravings, improving your digestion, and absorbing your food. Don’t you think it is time to start falling in love with your cells?

Tissue Salts regulate your mineral levels and support your overall health by improving your absorption of food and the breakdown of your supplements. Adding one or two Tissue Salts to your regime isn’t difficult at all, and remember to take them four times per day so that they walk you back into your best health.
