It’s Easter and another opportunity to connect with family and friends. A time that lifts our spirits and continues the conversation on how we are enjoying the year so far with lots of food and even more chocolates..I find Easter a peaceful time where I surround myself with family that I enjoy being around and friends that share the joy of the movement into Autumn. School holidays are also upon us and staying fit at the cellular level will not only support your energy levels but also your cravings.
I have never been one to say stay away from chocolate but I have been saying over the years include NAT PHOS - Acid Neutraliser into the regime you are following during the Easter period especially.
