Maintain healthy bones every day of your life

Bones play many roles in the body. But often, we only think about them if we have a fall or are in pain.

We need to ensure that we look after our bones as they provide structure, protect organs, anchor muscles and store calcium. We all know about the essential impact calcium can have on our bones: it is even more important to find wholefoods & supplements that are rich in calcium, whilst also being easily absorbed to provide our bones with the impact of nutrition they need.

While it's crucial to build strong and healthy bones during childhood and adolescence, you can take steps during adulthood to support bone health too.

Why is bone health important?

Did you know that your bones are continuously changing? New bone is made and old bone is broken down. This process works more effectively if you have the right minerals at the cellular level activating this process.

What can I do to keep my bones healthy?

The products I would recommend:

Vital Calcium - a plant based bioavailable Calcium that is key in supporting bone health.

Vital Vitamin D – a plant-based Vitamin D3 to support the absorption of Calcium providing a solid base to build healthier joints and bones as with Vital Calcium.

Comb U – A combination of 4 Tissue Salts including Silica to ensure the calcium from your diet and supplements is absorbed and distributed where it needs to be.

Zen liniment – a natural topical gel to improve circulation reducing inflammation for when we have mild joint pain or minor sports injuries such as sprains or strains.

We all know that good wholefood sources of calcium include

Dairy products, almonds, broccoli, kale, canned salmon with bones, sardines and soy products, such as tofu. These are only part of the strong bones jigsaw, and effective supplementation added to the diet you keep are essential if we want to continue living in a body with strong bones and healthy joints.
