INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY by Susan Gianevsky

INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY by Susan Gianevsky

I believe International Women’s Day is more than a date on the calendar. It’s a moment to honour the voices that refused to be silenced, the hands that built change, and the hearts that continue to carry families, communities, and movements forward.

From the women who lead nations and movements, to those who lead quietly in their homes, workplaces, and inner worlds — every woman’s story matters. We need to know we count, and this year “Balance the Scales” is the theme focusing on achieving justice, fairness and equality for all women …

This day being recognized around the globe annually on March 8 is to inspire each of us to keep the inspiration going daily. I believe in empowerment and visibility for all women, and I share my inspiration daily on how to strength our inner and keep our voice loud.

I have been dedicated to women’s health and wellbeing for more than 30 years. Tissue Salts have been a conversation at every women’s gathering for their gentle and effective support for the cells, and that they do so much when we are stressed, not sleeping well, bloated, reducing cravings and ensuring that we have energy the whole day and not just part of the day.

It is time to switch your inner self in this NEW YEAR that has just begun, by respecting yourself and your health and add the 12 minerals that are needed by your body. By making sure they are available for your cells to be able to perform their duties and become the inner bridge that supports your health daily. Your cells matter and tissue salts are the food your cells need.

I even wrote a Training Manual on the impact Tissue Salts can have on women called Tissue Salts for every woman at every stage of their lives.

I always start any health regime with Tissue Salts and build the internal home around this … Tissue Salts wake up the cells to be at their best doing what they need to do without interference.
