Happy 1st December, today is a great way to reboot your cells and activate your metabolism in time for the big festive days ahead. We set out saying we won’t overeat but by the time 24th December arrives we have already started preparing food for the next 2 days. Christmas Day is busy for many from early in the morning to late in the evening. We can’t always remember all the food we have eaten but we can feel the symptoms from overeating and the sugary infusion that our body isn’t used to.
